I’m having a problem with Movie Studio Platinum 14.0. When I import an MP4 file (which I know has working audio), only the video track shows up in the timeline but the audio track is nowhere to be found (and therefore has no sound which can be edited). Other MP4 files (and their audio tracks) import just fine, but the group of files I’m currently working with (which are all from the same source) aren’t working. What can I do to fix this?
