Is this the full version or the trial?

If the full version which variant is it Basic, Plus or Premium and what is the version number, as found under Help About. . . and did you download and install the second part of the program which has extra features, and more supported codecs.

Please read this topic before coming back with answers to the above and include any additional information which would help, eg the format and resolution of the source video files and what camera they were recorded on.
