I'm sure that almost every first grader knows how to do this quickly, but I don't. And additionally I thought there might be a direct command for it. Here is what I'm talking about: the vertical video backed by an enlarged copy of itself with Gaussian blur.
Or does YT do that automatically with a vertical video. (If so, I'll find my own BG instead.)
