Background for "vertical video" in You Tube (for example)

I'm sure that almost every first grader knows how to do this quickly, but I don't. And additionally I thought there might be a direct command for it. Here is what I'm talking about: the vertical video backed by an enlarged copy of itself with Gaussian blur.

Or does YT do that automatically with a vertical video. (If so, I'll find my own BG instead.)

Under Templates, Design elements, Edge effects there are many different effects that do what you are looking for.

If there is not one that meets your need, many are animated and may be distracting, place a still image or enlarged version of the vertical video on a track above the vertical video you want to see and use Effects, Video Effects, Gaussian blur to blur it.

but it is simple

1. Track or lane or whatever you habe video

do to size and position- make the proportion free an make it than 1920 wide

than ad the blur

2. Track or lane or whatever and Place the normal video
