Batch converter fails on SF Pro14

I've been using SF10, and upgraded to 14 this time.
However, I found a problem using a batch converter.
SF's own built-in effect plug-in does not cause any problems, but when using a third-party plug-in WAVES product, a Failed occurs when executing the batch converter. Also, the GUI of the WAVES plugin is not displayed.

Am I the only one who has this problem? What about other people?

There has been numerous problems reported using Waves Fx plugs in general... though I have not experienced many, nor have I used them in the batch converter. Search this forum and the Vegas Pro Audio forum.
