Beat skips when I stretch it?

For some reason, I recently started having a problem with my loop skipping right after the fourth bar repetition. I used to be able to stretch a single loop for the entire duration of the song, and it would just continuously repeat with no problem. Now it seems to skip, as if it stops in the middle of a bar and skips back to the beginning of the bar. I have no idea why this started to happen, but I'm sure there's a simple fix to it. As a workaround, I've had to copy and past the same loop over and over for the duration of the song, which I shouldn't have to do. Any help anyone can provide would be most appreciated! (This has frustrated me beyond comprehension...lol)

Oh, if this matters, it seems like I only started experiencing this when I changed the BPM to 110. But, I've changed it back to the default 120, and it's still happening.

I have Music Maker 2013, premium.

I had a similar problem with some beats not playing, possibly after changing BPM. I eventually found that it was only affecting beats that were were 100% WAV sample and no synthesis. If I moved the mix slider towards synthesis (see the image attached) then missing beats reappeared:

Also, I had reached my wits end with the 4:1 beat thing, and i wasn't able to find a solution. Finally, on a whim, I reset program settings to default, and that seemed to correct the issue. If anyone else experiences this, maybe that will help.
