Best recommended import movie settings for ipod .MOV files?

I have MEP Plus 16.0.4.102 (UDP3) on a Windows 10 PC and I am importing video files from an ipod 6th generation (model mkhv2ll/a)

Usually when I export the files I choose the setting you can see in the image below and it seems to work fine for my youtube videos

MP4 Web 1280x720 29.97p

However when I import this I cannot find that same setting in the settings box. It's gets irritating having to switch the settings every time but I do know know or understand the difference between 360, PAL, NTSC, HDV1, etc.

Thanks a lot for any suggestions 😃 Have a nice day.

Hi

. . . . . However when I import this I cannot find that same setting in the settings box . . . .

You are confusing Project settings, eg 360, PAL, NTSC, HDV1, etc with Export dialog options, eg MP4 Web 1280*720 29.97.

The settings available in the Export dialog are not controlled by the import file format or the project settings.

Has there been any changes to the program since you last had the option, eg installed new codec, changed the default export codec etc?
