When I upload my video to Magix. When I play it back somehow I'm getting black spaces being played for about 2 seconds then it goes back to the video but I don't loose sound.
In the very first thread you ever created in the forums, here, you were asked to state the FULL specifications of your computer and the exact version and build of Magix software which you have. That request still stands!
There could be many reasons why playback of your footage is being interrupted by these black spaces but without that additional information from you we are all going to be guessing!
In addition, it could be helpful to us to know a lot more about the actual video files which you are using. Please read and follow this tutorial on setting up and using MediaInfo to analyse one of your files. You can then copy and paste the data from the Text view to any reply you make.
