Hello.

I've bought Movie Studio Platinum and I can't install it on my new laptop (which I've bought yesterday specifically so it could run this program perfectly).

So I bought the product few weeks ago (I have an order number) and installed (thru the link I got on my email after I bought the product) it on my old laptop successfully, where it still works with no problems (apart from laptop being slow). So 4 days ago I bought a new laptop and installed it successfully, only to learn that the laptop is not processing things at speed I needed it.

So I ran back to the store yesterday, returned the laptop, and bought the new one, the fastest one they got, I returned home, downloaded Movie Studio thru the same link, only to have it failed to install (it shows Error HRESULT -2147010895).

I imagine that there is some limit on how many times you can download the program once you buy it, but atm I only have it running on 1 device (my old laptop) and I'm allowed to have it on 2 devices, and I even bought a new laptop (I have receipts for everything btw) so I could run the program. I needed this YESTERDAY, that's why I didn't wait and ran to buy a new laptop immediately, so it's very frustrating (also I wasn't unable to reach any technical support on Magix phone numbers I found on internet) and I need to be able to successfully install Movie Studio ASAP. Any technical support please respond.
