burn your creation onto a cd

i please help I have waisted so many blank dics trying to burn my work onto a black disc. I have dance addition 4 and saved it as a MAV file but when I go into export to burn onto a disc I just never get the work I need and it always burns the same piece of music but not the correct one. Could someone please help and tell me step by setp very basic instructions how to get the work on the screen onto a disc please.

I have never heard of a MAV file, but in any case, if such a thing exists, its obvious its not working for you. Why not use a Wav format ? One other item...if you keep doing the same things over and over and keep getting failures....why do you persist in doing the same thing again ? and expecting a different result ?
