Burning video using pro 15 plus

I am using pro 15 plus to burn a video.  I have been using the software for a while but have recently found difficulty when trying to burn to DVD.  I keep getting the message that the memory allocation request has failed.  I have done a thorough sweep through my pc and added RAM but the problem remains.

I am using windows 7 and have 6gb RAM.  There is lots of memory space availavble and no other problems with the pc

Hi

Do you mean MEP 15 or 2015?

If 2015 please use the full name as MEP 15 (released 2009) is still around and being used by a few members.

Thanks

John
