I tired to work with 5.1 on Movie Edit Pro 14 plus but with little luck. I read the help page on the software but that has just confuse me even more. I seem to set it up fine on the software with sound coming out of the right speakers in the software (as i only got two speakers for my computer) but when i burn it on to DVD i only get sound from the two speakers when played back on my TV with 5.1 sorround sound speakers.

Not enough information. What source material are you using in that project (especially with regarding to audio)? What are you actually trying to do? How do you go about using the 5.1 feature?

Good day I would also like to know where I can get more detailed help using the 5.1 option, for when I set up one channel to play only on certain speakers then I notice that the other channels get changed also! is the any detailed help out there using the option and explaining the proper way to use it?

@Extreme

Please post your question to a new thread since this one is more than 8 years old! Also, please read this post and give us a lot more information about your computer, the version of MEP you have, the source of your video files, etc., etc.  With more information we may be able to offer helpful advice to you.

@Extreme

Please do not resurrect old topics - this one is 8 years old and refers to an old version of Movie Edit Pro.

Create a new topic and give more information/detail on steps you are taking to 'set up one channel to play only on certain speakers'.

Thanks
