Hi

. . . . Can I crossfade all clips in one operation? . . . .

Almost - it takes 2 operations - create the first crossfade then right click and select Apply to all objects in track or Apply to all of the following objects in the track.

There is a subtle difference between the 2 options - with the first you can create the transition anywhere between 2 adjacent objects in the track and apply it to all, with the second option only the objects after the location of new transition are affected.

Further to John's post, having created your first crossfade, you need to right click on the transition icon not on the clip, see the screen grab.
