Assuming you mean Movie Edit Pro 15 released in 2008 then the answer is that this is not possible - this version is out of support and too old to work with the current Travel Route Animation.

If you mean Movie Edit Pro 2015 - sometimes abbreviated to 15 - then it should already be there if you have the Plus or Premium version - IIRC it was not available in the Basic version
