Can I upgrade from Movie Studio 2022 (Standard)?

I noticed that there is an upgrade, but not much description on the prerequisites required here. Can I upgrade from Movie Studio 2022 (NOT Platinum or Suite) to Vegas Pro/Post? If not, what would I need to do so? Does this upgrade only apply from Premium and above?

UPDATE:
The answer is no. Movie Studio 2022 is a completely different program that does not fall within this upgrade. You will need a VEGAS Movie Studio software or above.

You'd better consult Magix customer service, maybe you can upgrade.
