Why not, you can use it in other DAWs too. Normally all DAW support audio format which Magix uses except TAK.

I hope by LOOPS you don't mean Soundpool but the one audio file. As you know soundpools are based on various instruments while a single loop is just one audio.

When we use Soundpool in Magix, we can take advantage of Songmaker. But in other DAWs we can not do that I guess so.
