Can't activate the MPEG-4 Codec

Just installed Movie Edit Pro Premium for the first time. Tried to activate the MPEG-4 Codec and I get error -24, saying the serial number has already been registered to another email address. This may be because when registering for the software earlier I got an error saying I had to use another email so I did. I can't use this program. Please help!

Hi Robert, and welcome to the Movie Edit Pro user to user forum.

For this you need to get in touch with the Magix staff. To do that use the email address they used to send you the product key.

This is a problem us fellow users here can't help you with.
