Can't activate video delux 2026

I bought it some time ago, already submitted 4 tickets to support but they haven't replied to any in a month.

I bought the Video deluxe 2026 Premium program. I installed it on my computer and tried to activate it with the given email and serial number. I always get a -14 error when doing so.

I've copied the serial key from my account several times. When I click on "more information" it says the following:

Valid until: Unlimited
Number of devices that can be used simultaneously: 2

The following activations with this serial number are in use:

1: Not in use
This space has not yet been used for product activation.

2: Not in use
This space has not yet been used for product activation.

I only have one pc that can run this program with windows 11.

Anyone got any idea on how to solve this? Because magix doesn't seem to care at all so far.

@FIA2008 Error -14 means you enter a valid serial into the wrong product. Since there are different editions (Plus, Premium, Ultimate, Subscription and so) you need to make sure you installed the correct version of the software, otherwise you'll get the error message mentioned above. Have you made sure the correct software is installed? If not, simply uninstall the software, then download the program again from your customer account and install it again.

Can you be more precise regarding when you purchase the software and did you use the download link in the email to install?
