Can't change stereo or mono on task bar.

I need help. Just bought a new Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 program and the stereo button won't show the channel changes so I can change to mono. What's the problem?

I am not very familiar with AS (Audio Studio). In Sound Forge Pro, right-clicking parameters on the task bar is necessary to modify. As a work-around in SF Pro, the channel parameters can also be modified in the "View> File Properties" menu. Audio Studio may or may not be similar

Maybe someone w/ SF AS-14 can check this behavior issue. Thanks.
