Can't download and install Vegaspro 11, it says "Corrupted".

I bought Vegaspro 11 some years ago. Now i have a new computer and want to install it, but when i try to do it from the official homepage it first gives me a popup window that's in german and then when i try to run the install program it gives me another popup window that says "File/download is corrupted".

What's happening? And how do i fix it, so i can edit again?
