Unless you give us a lot more information about exactly what you are trying to download, from where (which "page"), what you have tried, the exact error message(s), etc., etc. it is highly unlikely any fellow-user on this user to user forum can help you!

It may simply be that the server you were trying to connect to had some sort of "fault"; if so, wait several hours and then try again and you may be successful.
