Can't find or load my purchased sound pools MMM Premium Edition 2018

Hi just loaded MMM on a new laptop, none of my purchased sound pools transferred. I located the sound pools folder, loaded what was there but no joy. Any assistance will be much appreciated, thank you.

They don't automatically appear. You need to download them. Make sure you are logged into your account and download your content that should be listed in the download tab.
