Can't Register Properly

Hi: it states that I need to register, but I've already used that code. But it continues to prompt me every time I open the software. Haven't even gotten to use it yet. Purchased through Humble Bundle.

@Jared-Washington Maybe the registration cannot be written to the Window registry. Have you tried to run the program as administrator (right click on the program icon)?
