Have you logged into your Magix account to see if it is actually registered?

I am logged in otherwise I would not have been able to post the question. My copy was a download directly from Magix and they emailed me regarding the update, I assumed that means they know who I am. How can I tell if I'm registered?

You have to create another account at the Magix website for your program registrations.

The Magix account at magix.com will have been created when you purchased the first version of Music Maker it is this email address and account that you should be using when applying the serial number for an upgrade.

I logged into my Magix account and my software is registered. Using the serial number on my accounts page returns the same error message, that the number is invalid.
