I want to add Titler Pro V.3 (or newer) to MEP or VPX. Is it possible?
I don't want to use Titler pro standalone and I want to use it as an add-on or plugin inside the program.

Yep. I tried the NewBlueFX Titler Pro 6 demo and it integrates fine into VPX (latest version). It appears in the "Effects" tab - you just select the clip you want to apply it to then click on the Titler Pro button (I think that's what the button in the effects tab said, but I'm not 100% sure as I'm not by my machine right now).
It then adds the Titler Pro effect to that clip and brings up the titler pro 6 editor window for you to create your titles in. I also confirmed that VPX was supported by NewBlueFX and they confirmed that it is as part of their OFX support.
