This is a user forum so no one here can cancel your subscription, and I doubt that Magix could even do it, as there is no such thing as 'Magix reno' as far as I know. We can't even point you in the right direction other than to Magix Support. Click on Support at the top of the forum and start looking. Scroll to the bottom of each page.

If the product you are referring to as Magix Reno is a Vegas product then They have their own forum see the Important posts here.
As @browj2 has commented - use the Support pages in that forum and do read and scroll down each page carefully otherwise you will go round in circles.
