Can you do Greenscreen?

I was wondering if you could do green screen
Like have a green screen behind the person when filming
then on Movie Edit Pro 15 put in a movie/picture
for the background? so the real background is not
showing. if you can please tell me how

Absolutely. It's called "Chroma Key" and you'll find it under the Edit Mode and Effects. Just click on Video Effects and look for Chroma key.
