can you export the audio preview meter in a video?

When you preview an audio-clip (a wave-file) in MEP2015premium, a blue audio-meter shows up on the preview-monitor (it shows volume and spectrogram info)

Can this meter be used in a video that you export?

When I try I only get a black screen, since no video-layer is present on the timeline. I can't find any effects I can add to the timeline that produces this audio-meter. It only shows when previewing audio.

If it can only be used during preview, are there then any alternatives I can use to get a similar effect (a visual effect) on top of a piece of music exported as video?

Thank you.

Hi,

I have not found a way to capture this within MEP, but I used an external capture program to capture just it, then I imported the captured file into MEP and modified it.
