Can you please send me my serial number

Id like to say that your site is extremely frustrating to work with.

I sent a request/complaint for something similar and then was unable to send this as a request because i already sent one. Then trying to navigate to this forum was diffciult and i am very computer savvy.

Anyway, as you will be able to see on my account i have MMM 10 registred. I no longer have the serial. Your site says if a product is registred already the customer will be abel to be sent the serial. So i would like the serial please.

Thank you,

Regards

Hi,

here is not the Magix support! This is a online community with Magix customers. Maybe the email from Magix is in your junk-email-account?

What suggestions do you have that would make this site better?

I personally like this site. The idea of users communicating to other users with projects, products, tricks, and tips (not all just problems) shows that there is a active community of music, video, and photo enthusiasts.

From my experience, there are only a few ways that an email containing the serial number from a purchase directly from Magix does not reach you.

1. You entered the wrong email address - believe it or not, typos ruin more online experiences than anything else.

2. Spam Folder - As I understand it, the process for the serial number delivery is completely automated, therefore it is a computer that is sending the email, with no human interaction. I can assume that the massive number of emails coming from Magix servers would sometimes end up in the Spam folder.

3. Your ISP or Email client - I used to have a "Earthlink" email account, but this account was very authoritarian to incoming emails, requiring those that were not pre-approved to enter a code in a picture... since Magix emails are automated and computers cannot read these codes, the email was lost in the internet void.

The answer for this is to contact the Magix customer service team. They will have to look up the account and resubmit the serial number.

I did not say that i had emailed them regarding the serial. I said i sent them a request and couldnt send them another becuase they wouldnt allow it.

Personally i feel theres MANY Ways they coud make their site better.

Sure its nice peple can connect but you can do that on any forum lol.

1. Their navigation it horrible.

2.There s no way to directly email them.

3. You can only send one request form, which doesnt help if you have multiple issues.

4. Product registraion expires if you do not register in time.

5. They require way too many things to obtain a new serial for the average person who has not registred, which leaves you screwed if #4. happens to you.

This was my 1st time usuing the sites since 2006 and i already found 5 issues. So they obviously need improvements. Ive been a magix customer for 7 years and always had a strong distaste for the way they run things. I just enjoy the products so keep letting them take my money.

I know this is a community forum and not custoer service. I stated the above in my question.

I am almost positive i saw a magix worker answer a question about serials while looking for an answer myself. And because i could not use customer service, i tried to get the job done here.
