infoservice@magix.net asking to cancel my subscription december of 2021 and im still being charged is there anything else i can do?

I would guess you need to look at the contract you entered into when you accepted the terms and conditions of your purchase. It could be you contracted in to the arrangement for a minimum period of months, similar to a phone or other service contract. I have always opted to buy the programs outright so I have no personal knowledge of that contracts' terms and conditions. That information should be available on the website page where you made your order.
