Cannot download Magix Movie Edit Pro 20 product

I purchased Magix Movie Edit Pro 20 at Guitar Center. They sent me a link to download the product along with the product key, but when I clicked on the link and chose United State as my origin, it showed to the www.magix.com website and I could not seem to find the Magix Movie Edit Pro 20 anywhere to download. It kept asking me the serial number of the product, but I did not received any serial number of the Magix Movie Edit Pro 20. Please help...!!!

After you order for this downloadable product at Guitar Center you'll receive an activation key via email. This email will include a product link and directions for downloading.

Does your product or activation key begin with P3.

if you could not find anywhere to download software, what were you doing when asked for serial number.

If your still having issues then you need to contact Guitar Center support.
