Cannot import some MOV ProRes files to Movie Edit Pro Premium

I get this message when trying to import 2 of those 4 MOV files into Movie Edit Pro Premium (Ver. 19.0.1.23). As you can see, I have full rights, so, this should not be an issue. Also the disk has 1,5 TB free space. I've tried to use official Apple codecs and than also Quicktime alternative (322), but this doesn't solve the problem either. Other two MOV files can be imported without any trouble.

After checking the file formats, I found the these MOV files are ProRes format, could this be the reason? If yes, how can I solve this without paying extramoney for some 3-rd party video converter?

handbrake is a free video file converter that should do the job.
