Cannot install on w10

I own a legit copy of SF10. I want to install it on my Dell laptop with W10 and upgrade to SF15. I cannot install SF10 on my laptop. Is there a way to do that???? Will I need to purchase a fresh copy of SF15 or since I already own an older copy, can I get a fresh copy at the upgrade price???? Thanks :)

If you have a registered legacy version of Sound Forge, you are eligible for the upgrade discount.. You only need the registration serial code and email address. SF-10 does not need to be installed, if it is, multiple versions coexist without issue.
