purchaced on june 6th and have spent hours do all the FAQ suggestions, and nothing works
After 10 days, i get this responce to my ticket, yes been there and done that, and still not follow up.
i tried to phone the US and Canadian numbers and they are not in service,
Since something is blocking the DL of the program, i would like the get the link for the full download, or off line installer , please, can anyone help me ?
