CANNOT LAUNCH LATEST UPDATE VERSION 20.0.1.73

I was prompted every time I use Movie Edit Pro Plus to update to version 20.0.1.73. After installing I cannot launch Magix anymore. I have to delete the whole app and download the whole Movie Edit Pro Plus again. I had done this thrice without success to launch the software. It also means I no longer can update my software anymore. I am stuck with version 19.0.1.23. Please help.
