Hi Steve

It usually appears as a separate heading below Extra Effects, not actually in Extra Effects. Does it not show up in the "Plugins" manager in Extra efects either?

Hi Peter,

No, it doesn't show up in the 'Plugins' manager when selected. When i click 'plugins' under Extra effects heading i get this error:

Thanks
Steve

In my version all the NB Effects have installed in C:\ ProgramData\Magix\Common\VfxPlugins\

Check to see if they are there in Win Explorer. If so do a manual search from that error window in your screenshot and they should appear and be accessible in the Plugins Manager at least.

If they do not appear in that Program data folder try searching your computer for NewBlueFishEye_VideoEssentials4.dll or .vsx and copy all the references to New Blue to the above mentioned folder.

Hi Peter,

Nope, the file does not exist, it shows as installed on xx date in the Plugins download manager and it goes though the installation process but it does not actually install it and does not exist anywhere on my machine.

I uninstalled and tried installing/downloading again but I get the same problem.

I'm starting to wonder if it is even compatible with Movie Edit Pro 2014P?

Thanks
Steve
