Have you confirmed that your PC meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements?

What is your PC specifications and OS? Is it full patched and are all drivers updated to the latest versions? Check drivers using manufacturer's websites rather than Windows updates.

Hi

Error code -59 means the program folder is damaged.

This may be a result of Antivirus/Firewall program blocking part of the software installation as a result of an over Folder protection/Real time protection and is known to occur on some systems with several different AV/Firewall programs.

See this Support article. and temporarily disable your AV during installation.
