Cannot open the arrangement

Hi everyone. I have a big problem. After doing my stuff with magix(production suite)  i wanted to save the arrangement  but the software crashed while saving. The arrangement is saved, but when i want to load it magix says that i cannot open the file. I have tried to open magix by double clicking on the arrangement but nothing pops out in the software, neither the player or the instruments, just the background color.
This is a big problem for me because i worked hard on this song ... can someone help me please ? How can I   load the arrangement?

P.S. i have Windows 7 on the pc.

I do not know if your Music Maker is set to auto backup or not. If it does then you can try to locate a file with the same name as your project file but with the BAK extension.

In Music maker 16 premium I use this method to open back up file=BAK

File/Load arrangements

a window will be opened

then change Arrangements to All Files. Changing to All Files will open BAK file.

Locate your Back up file click on it and click ok to open. If you are lucky, everything will be opened same as a project file. IF it opens please re-save with giving a proper name. It will be save as new project file.

Note: I hope you did not delete or change anything.

Thanks for the answer but nothing seems to work. THe strange fact is that i have a previous backup file of another song , but nothing about the last one.
Thank you anyway :)

There is one more chance. If you know where your Music Maker Application data or Program data files are saved then you can locate MAGIX CRUSH file. Crush files is saved when Program crash. I use Windows Vista and this file is Hidden file to view I have to use view all files.

C: Program data\Magix\Music Maker 16 Premium\User data\Crash.

If you are lucky enough, open Crash folder and you can find a file you need badly. Double click on it and it will open your project.

Why not give a try if you can and see.
