Cannot redeem after registration - white page

Hi all,

I have registered Music Maker Premium 2021. I activated the product with my serial number and then I tried to redeem.

I went to my account in the software and clicked on "Redeem Credit".

I get a white screen and nothing is shown.

Any ideas?

The white screen seems typical. It happened to me. Just close the window and you should find your credits at the bottom of the shop tab.
