Where did you buy the product?
Exactly which product and version have you bought? And which upgrade?
Is the software installed on your computer?
Do you have the necessary serial key?
When you enter that key and your email address on the registration screen, what happens? A screenshot of any error message you receive would be invaluable, or at least the full wording of it.

I have already contacted your company regarding this issue. I have been a customer for decades. I have all of the serial keys and have diagnosed the issue correctly. The fact your company has not taken appropriate steps is highly disappointing. I do not need to provide you with any more information. Your company will need to contact the isp in order to resolve the security issue. Re:Ticket# Removed by Moderator

Additionally, as John writes, I am NOT a Magix employee, merely a fellow-user so there is no point whatsoever in refusing to give any additional information requested. We cannot see your computer so we depend upon detailed information from anyone asking for help.
