Cannot Save Projects to Samplitude Pro X Suite version 5

After loading a project in Samplitude Pro X 5 and saving it When prompted and closing the program, When I open the project back up it is not listed under the file drop down box. The project is saved in the folder but not available from the drop down box on the interface. Which means that every time I need that project I have to go back to the file to load the tracks over again. Trying to see if anyone else is having this Issue. I am a long time Samplitude user and have not encountered this issue before. Is this a bug?

Hi

I am having the same problem. Recent VIPs are not saved and neither are other iteems from program preferences. I have to re-set up every time I open Samplitude. It drives me mad.

Up until 6 months ago a ran X4 on two computers with no problems. I upgraded to X5 and this has been a problem on both Win 10 installations. There have been no hardware or software changes to either computer other than the installation of X5. To be sure I uninstalled X5 and re installed X4 and everything worked again. I them uninstalled X4 and re installed X5 and the problem returned.

I have twice sought support but didn't get any useful assistance or suggestions The response read like it came from a call centre person and not someone who actually knew much about the product or cared. I wonder if other users are having this problem? It annoying enough to give up on Samplitude.

Are you aware there is a dedicated forum for Samplitude here? I suspect there are very few users of Samplitude Pro who visit or post here so it might well be worth your while to register at and repost there.
