Cant download software

the email link to download software is just Text Document, nothing to install! How to get my purchased product downloaded?

Assuming you have purchased Music Maker 2021 Plus or Premium version or one of the special editions:

Download the free Music Maker from the Magix website - all variants are based on this and install.
Activate/register with the serial number you received in your email - this will unlock all the Extra Content for the version you have purchased.
Check for updates to the program - Help, Update online - if an update is available download and install it .
Download and install the Extra Content that is now available under the Downloads tab.

If you are trying to install an earlier version of Music Maker which version is it, and have you had it installed before?

I have edited the first of your two latest posts to remove confidential serial numbers etc., which should never be posted to a public forum like this one. These are user to user forums, not a contact for any Magix staff, so no-one here can do anything at all about your request for a refund.

I have hidden the second of those posts, again because it contains confidential data but is also clearly merely a copy of the actual registration page. There is no point at all in posting such an item.

Where, exactly, did you actually purchase this specific version of Music Maker?
