Cant run, cant install, cant uninstall Movie edit pro 2014

Tried to run & get error code -59

Tried to reinstall but says there is already an install on this PC. No option to fix

Tried to uninstall & get "could not load string resources for en-US" - uninstall stops with the error message

Try using this Microsoft trouble shooting tool.
