Is not GoPro Quark the miniature single axis stabilisation device for GoPro's?
The most likely possible cause is you are exporting to an unsupported format ie AVCHD, file extension .mt2s file instead of a MP4 file - you need to check the GoPro library video file specifications to which you should export for uploading
