Someone got a reply and provided an answer to said issue and provided instructions in this other post.

So basically the loop collection folder is a leftover from previous versions.click here

I drag and dropped the loops elsewhere and the explorer tab remembered the last location, so all good thanks.

I think that's what most folk did in the end as it was an easy solution. good that it turned out fine.

The location of the common folder (default location of Loop Collections) is set in the registry, and is hard to find (not in an obvious place, cause it’s used globally on the system by all MAGIX software).

You can hunt those entries down, or you can junction it to a different location, which is far easier.

First, move the Loop Collections folder to a new location.

Open an Admin Command Prompt.

CD <MAGIX Common Folder>

MKLINK /J “Loop Collections” “D:\New\Location\Loop Collections” (Or whatever)
