Changing the BPM

Is it possible to change the BPM part way through a song?

For example, the first 10 bars at 90bpm, and then for the remainder of the song to be 110bpm.

I am using Magix Music Maker mx premium.

Yes, you can....but it ain't easy to do in the same arrangement.

What that implies is that you will probably need to create two separate arrangements at two different tempos.   You can export each as a whole (or, at least the parts that are not straight soundpool objects) or in parts.

Then, you create a new arrangement and turn off the automatic tempo adjust.  You can then assemble the two different tempos in the same arrangement with a minimal amount of work.

The problem(s) with doing it in a single arrangement is that the grid lines and "snap" feature will be useless, and using the timestretch feature is not always as accurate as one would like.  Doing two separate arrangements and combining them in a new arrangement reduces these issues to a minimum.

It isn't straightforward is it?...but it's something I'll have a go at.

Thank you
