Charged Twice for Vegas Pro 18

I bought Vegas Pro 18 and I got charged twice. Not sure how I can get a refund since MAGIX goes to great lengths to hide their customer support and there is no number to call. Seems like once you give them your money there's no way to get it back, no matter how badly they bad language removed by Moderator. If there is a way to get a refund and fix this, please let me know.
