My codec upgrade wont work after install. Work before and have requested to restore activation and it says an email will be sent but no email has arrived
Every time you re-instal MEP it will need a new activation code. You can only get that from the Magix sales team. The automated system does not work even if you get a reply. The code I always received was just '0' which never worked. Beware there seems to be a limit of reactivations as well before having to buy it again. At least that is what happened to me.
Hi Ray, well just before you responded the email came through with new code, pasted in and worked fine. Looks like just takes approx 30 mins before mail comes through. Maybe I just got lucky. As you say i think as I reinstalled a couple of times this cause issue. Many thanks
