CODEC Activation

I had to reinstall Movie Edit Pro 17 again on my PC. Now when I go to import video into the program I am being asked for Codec Activation for $4.99. I already did this. How do I do it without being charged, as this is a reinstall. Thanks.

The window that opens says AVCHD activation.
