Which video is not playable? Have you converted a video that will not play back in Movie Studio 16 Platinum or has the exported video corrupted in some way or has the export not completed?

What are the file formats you are using?

Hi Ray, thanks so much for your response! I was so eager to get help that I didn't scan my question well. I was trying to say that: 1. I converted a video that I captured 2. I dragged it into Movie Studio 3. I noticed that I was unable to see the full video(it wouldn't match the audio that I recorded separately) 4. Was able to play the same video outside of MSP to the end without a problem. QUESTION: Am I missing some kind of setting in MSP or did I need to adjust a track setting to see the full video? Thanks

Hi,

We are curious about not being able to see the full video, however, since you are using Vegas Movie Studio, there is a Vegas Forum. See this sticky post at the top of the forum.

Hi, when I say that I can't see the full video, I mean that: 1. I drag the video in MSP and it's one length 2. But it is not the full length of the video that I captured. I try to pull it out longer, but it only repeats what was said earlier. It never gets to the end of the video.
