We are not Magix employees here, nor can we give you any legal advice, however this question has been asked many times, in different forms.  If you search on the term "legal" you should be able to get a lot of information.

Your use of material using sound pools or instruments included in Music Maker is gouverned by the end user license agreement (EULA) for the product(s) you purchased.

My personal opinion is that you should be able to put your material up on youtube as long as it is not for commercial purposes (I am not a lawyer).  The only problem you might run in to is that the youtube copyright engines search audio tracks and may give you a warning if they even think your material sounds like something else.  This can be frustrating, but any time I have received this warning from youtube, I dispute the claim, explain that either I have created the audio myself or I have the rights to use it, and the warning has always been withdrawn.
